Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge: How to Use Video Stabilisation Feature in Camera App in Android 5.1.1 Lollipop

Video stabilisation is a feature in the Camera app in your Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge that is designed to help you get a better recording by activating anti-shake so that blurriness caused by the camera shakes while recording a video can be reduced. But, you have to remember that this feature won't be available when you set the video size to high resolutions(UHD, QHD, or FHD(60fps)) or the tracking AF feature is enabled.


How to use the video stabilisation feature in the Camera app?
You can do so by using the following steps:
  1. Open the Camera app. If the quick launch feature is enabled, you can quickly launch the Camera app from any screen by pressing the Home key twice in quick succession.
  2. Tap to view the detailed settings for the Camera app.
  3. Slide the ON/OFF switch next to Video stabilisation to the right to enable option. The switch turns green when it's enabled.
  4. Tap the Back key to return to the preview screen and you're now ready to record a video.
