Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge: How to Take a Burst Shot Photo in Android 5.1.1 Lollipop

Burst shot is a feature or shooting mode in the Camera app in Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge that you can use to take a series of photos continuously in one go. This mode is best used to get a better result when taking photos of moving object.


How to take a burst shot photo?
You can do so by using the following steps:
  1. In the Home screen, tap Apps at the bottom right corner of the screen to go to the Apps menu and then tap Camera app to open it. If the quick launch camera feature is enabled, you can quickly launch the Camera app from any screen simply by pressing the Home key twice in quick succession.
  2. Aim the camera to the subject
  3. If needed, you can change the focus point by tapping the image on the preview screen where the camera should focus.
  4. To take a burst shot photo, tap and hold . You can keep holding the camera icon to let the camera takes photos continuously up to 30 photos, or you can stop taking burst shot photos whenever you want by releasing the camera icon.
  5. Tap the preview thumbnail at the bottom right corner of the screen to view the burst shot photo in the Gallery app.
  6. Tap to view all photos within the selected burst shot photo. You can swipe the screen to the left or to the right to view each photo in full screen view.
  7. To delete the currently viewed photo, tap Delete at the top of the screen and then tap Delete button in the pop-up window to confirm deleting the photo.
  8. To save the currently viewed photo as a new photo, tap Save as new at the top of the screen.
